Information you choose to share

The enquiry form asks for contact details and wedding requirements such as dates, guest count, preferred destination, venue style and working budget. Saved shortlist items are included only when you submit the form.

How it is used

Trivara Events uses this information to respond to your enquiry, clarify your requirements and research relevant destinations or properties. It is not intended for unrelated marketing or sale to third parties.

Saved choices

Your shortlist is stored locally in your browser. You can remove individual items or clear the list at any time from the shortlist page.

Forms and email

Form submissions are transmitted to hello@trivaraevents.com through the website’s form-delivery service. Please do not include passports, payment-card details or other sensitive identity information.

Images and property information

Editorial imagery may represent a destination or celebration concept rather than a specific listed hotel. Property names, classifications, capacities, policies and commercial terms can change and are rechecked for a live wedding brief.

Optional analytics

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits, confirmed form submissions and contact-link clicks. We do not send your enquiry fields or message text to Analytics. Advertising features are disabled. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice. Your browser stores this preference; Google may set analytics cookies when you allow analytics.
